Placing an Order
  • We will call to confirm order and arrange payment
  • Payment is due upon acceptance of order. Custom orders require a 50% deposit
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. A 3% fee will be added for credit card transactions. Venmo an Zelle can be used after order confirmation
  • Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm CST/CDT. 
  • Phone orders may be called in during regular business hours. You may leave an order on voicemail or email, however it will be confirmed during regular business hours before shipping out.
  • We do not ship C.O.D
  • Returned checks are subject to a $45 processing fee
Shipping and Returns
  • We ship by UPS and USPS
  • Claims on damaged merchandise due to shipping must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods
  • No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Hat size altered hats can not be returned.
  • Returned checks are subject to a $45 processing fee
